The site now has to be tested for proper compaction by a structural engineering firm. This is the intern from GME engineering taking borings for evaluation of the bearing capability of the compacted fill. The engineering firm sends a report and certifies that the site is capable of bearing a building. The results indicate that the soil bearing capability after the compaction work by Trey Gorze is 3000+ psf. Great!! Trey did his job well.
